Bully is termed as a type of aggression where one or more students physically and psychologically harass other student repeatedly over a period of fourth dimension (Smokowski, P. Kopasz, K. 2005). Normally the harassment is not provoked and the bully is considered stronger than the victim. Bullying is a situation that can affect all levels of the educational system. It is not limited to a certain level. It occurs in elementary, substance and high school, even as early as preschool and as late as college. It also has no respect for gender, religious belief and/or cultures. The effect on all involved is enormous and damaging.

The first victim of bullying is the child cosmos bullied. Bullying affects these children in many negative ways. It affects their learning and their ability to lean ahead in school. They are often too xenophobic to keep good attendance and too distracted from solicitude to participate in class and concentrate on their assignments.



In higher grade levels they may choose not to adjudicate classes that would help them in the future due to their hero-worship of being bullied. It also affects their social and emotional development. When a child is being bullied they do not socialize with their peer group. They tend to dwell away and seclude themselves from any social activities. Their emotional issue is hindered and stunted. They are in a constant state of fear and cannot rationalize the emotions they are bombarded with. The long term effect of bullying can be detrimental. It can cause a child to seek retribution in a destructive way. more school shootings and child suicides can be directed post to school bullying.
